Welcome to Tidmoor Yoga!  I am based at the old Tidmoor Farm in Chickerell, Dorset (just outside Weymouth) where I offer private one-to-one yoga classes from my home studio and host yoga day retreats.  I hope to see you on a mat one day soon.
